The most powerful way to think!

Do you feel?

  • Lost

  • Stuck

  • Unmotivated

  • Uneducated

It's a hard place to be.

You may have ended up in a job you don't like.

You may have ended up in a relationship you feel isn't right for you.

You may be living in an environment that keeps you feeling stuck.

And it's all due to the choices you have made.

See when we are not clear on one's inner being, we make decisions that force us into situations we deep down don't want to be in.

21 savage - likes to put it “forced to make decisions to aid with our survival”

This is a fact.

When you bring your awareness to this you'll fundamentally start to realise that there are no limits in this lifetime and only possibilities.

When you gain clarity, you gain direction.

When you gain direction, you gain a life worth living.

So to gain a life worth living you must adopt these 5 principles:

  • Reading

  • Writing

  • Exploring

  • Creating

  • Investing

These principles are the core foundation of your discovery process.

Let’s get stuck in!

Reading

“How I start my day is how it will unfold.”

I always start with a book or some of the finest literature.

The goal here is to fill my mind with wisdom, knowledge and practical advice.

I am currently reading Principles by Ray Dalio and Doing Business In the Middle East by Donna Marsh.

These books have been fantastic for me as my major goal in life is to have an impact on the evolutionary process of humanity.

It's important to read books that you are interested in.

Writing

Once I have finished reading, I will always take notes on what I have just learnt.

I recommend you get yourself a pen and a journal.

Alternatively, you can use your phone notes.

Writing also allows us to direct our thoughts to see what's true and what's not.

A lot of the time we can be in our own way when it comes to building our lives.

Exploring

Whether you are still living in the same town you grew up in or are in a new city.

Start to put yourself in new places.

This may be going to a local cafe or a new gym.

Or if you are feeling more extreme book a one-way ticket across the world.

You don't need to know all the details just pick a country and take the leap.

No growth comes from being in your comfort zone.

Creating

You are the creator of your reality.

Which means that you hold the keys to your own life.

So if you are unhappy with the ways things are you have the power to change.

Having this in the back of your mind will allow you to keep experiencing more of life.

Continually ask yourself is this of my choosing or others.

Investing

Where are you currently investing your time, money and energy?

This is the final and most important part of your life.

The greatest investment you can make is in yourself:

  • The books you read

  • The journals you write in

  • The people you spend most of your time with

  • The experiences you choose

  • The travel you do

  • The food you eat

When you start to get these all in order it's amazing to see what transpires in your life.

I will conclude with this tweet I read the other day:

Innovation isn't just invention.

It's seeing old things in new ways.

Look for angles others miss.

“Ehi Sarah”

The innovation you have today will impact the way you operate tomorrow.

Start to implement these 5 principles by:

  • Purchasing a book

  • Purchasing a journal

  • Travelling to a new destination

  • Creating a project that has meaning

  • Investing your money and energy into you.

Thank you for reading this week's newsletter and if you took value feel free to share it on your social media channels.

I appreciate you all.

Much love.
